These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and {{ entityName }} (“acctly”, “we”, “us”) covering your access to and use of the acctly website at acctly.co, the acctly application, and everything we provide through them (the “Service”). Please read them. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it, and “you” means that organisation.

This Privacy Policy explains what information {{ entityName }} (“acctly”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use acctly.co and the acctly application, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
The short version: we collect what the Service needs to keep your books, we hold your bank connection through Plaid so we never see your banking credentials, we do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising or third-party analytics on you.
